FIRPTA Affidavit definition

FIRPTA Affidavit means the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act Certification and Affidavit, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
FIRPTA Affidavit means the form of FIRPTA Affidavit to be executed and delivered by Seller to Purchaser at Closing in the form attached hereto as SCHEDULE 8.
FIRPTA Affidavit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.

FIRPTA Affidavit has the meaning set forth in §7(a) below.
FIRPTA Affidavit means an affidavit of a Seller (or, if Seller is a disregarded entity for U.S. federal income tax purposes, its regarded owner) that is a U.S. Person, sworn to under penalty of perjury, setting forth such Seller’s (or, if applicable, regarded owner’s) name, address and U.S. federal tax identification number and stating that such Seller (or, if applicable, regarded owner) is not a “foreign person” within the meaning of Section 1445 of the Code and otherwise complying with the Treasury Regulations issued pursuant to Section 1445 of the Code.
