Fireworks Supervisor definition
Fireworks Supervisor means a person who is an approved purchaser of display fireworks and who is qualified under the Act to supervise the discharge of display fireworks;
Fireworks Supervisor means a Person who has, at the minimum, a valid and subsiding fireworks operator certificate (display supervisor) issued pursuant to the Explosives Act;
Fireworks Supervisor means a person who has successfully completed an approved Fireworks Supervisor course offered pursuant to the Explosives Act (Canada).
