Fire Code Official definition

Fire Code Official means any employee of the fire marshal division of the department of public safety, of any local fire department, or of the department of natural resources if the employee is operating under an agreement between the department of public safety and the department of natural resources.
Fire Code Official means the fire chief of the San Luis Obispo County Fire Department or his/her designated representative.
Fire Code Official means a Fire Inspector II, Fire Marshal, Deputy State Fire Marshal or designated person defined by ORS 476.030, ORS 476.060 and OAR 837-039-0016.

Fire Code Official means “Fire Marshal.”
