Financing Term definition

Financing Term means, with respect to the Accepted Buses acquired pursuant to an Appendix, the term of its related Payment Schedule.
Financing Term means the term of the Financing, as described in the Financing Agreement, which shall not exceed the weighted average expected life of all qualified improvements included in the Qualified Improvement Project that are financed by the Financing Agreement, as determined by the Program Administrator.
Financing Term means the term of the Financing, as described in the Assessment and Financing Agreement, which shall not exceed the weighted average effective useful life of the qualifying Energy Efficiency Improvement Project and/or Renewable Energy Project improvements as determined by the Program Administrator.

  • The LEA shall be entitled to possess and use the Accepted Buses during the Financing Term of the related Appendix without interruption by CONTRACTOR, provided that the LEA has duly performed its obligations under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Financing Term

Financing Term means the term of the Financing, as described in the Financing Agreement.
Financing Term means (i) with respect to a State Facility, the Financing Term for the State Facility or State Facilities under the Financing Agreement (State Project) as specified in the applicable Supplemental Financing Agreement; and (ii) with respect to a Voluntary Agency Facility, the Financing Term for the Voluntary Agency Facility or Voluntary Agency Facilities under the Financing Agreement (Voluntary Agency Project) as specified in the applicable Supplemental Financing Agreement.
Financing Term means the period of time commencing upon the Effective Date of the Resolution and expiring on the date of payment in full of the Bonds, within which period of time the Financing Entity is authorized to receive and utilize, in accordance with the Act, the Resolution, and this Agreement, the Dedicated Revenue, subject to an aggregate cap of $120,500,000.00, to finance Eligible Costs; provided, however, that no single Bond issuance shall have a maturity date in excess of thirty (30) years. If the Financing Entity consolidates or refinances previously issued debt or Bonds as authorized by C.R.S. § 24-46-304(2)(h) and provides written notification of the consolidation/ refinancing details by certified mail to the Commission and the Department within thirty (30) calendar days of such consolidation/refinancing being effective, then the maximum thirty (30) year term referenced above may be extended to the earlier of the timeframe authorized by C.R.S. § 24-46-304(2)(h), or the date of payment in full of the Bonds, but in no event shall the total Financing Term, including the initial financing and refinancing, exceed fifty (50) years.
