Financing Payment definition

Financing Payment means any amount payable by the Recipient to the Association pursuant to the Financing Agreement, including (but not limited to) any amount of the Withdrawn Credit Balance, the Service Charge, the Interest Charge, any deferred amount pursuant to the Financing Agreement and any interest thereon, the Front-end Fee, the Commitment Charge, any prepayment premium, any transaction fee for a Conversion or early termination of a Conversion, any premium payable upon the establishment of an Interest Rate Cap or Interest Rate Collar, any Unwinding Amount payable by the Recipient, and any refund of the Withdrawn Grant Balance payable by the Recipient, as applicable.”
Financing Payment means any amount payable by the Recipient to the Association pursuant to the Financing Agreement or these General Conditions, including (but not limited to) any amount of the Withdrawn Credit Balance, the Service Charge, the Commitment Charge, interest and any refund of the Withdrawn Grant Amount payable by the Recipient.”
Financing Payment is modified by inserting the words “the Interest Chargebetween the words “the Service Charge” and “the Commitment Charge”.

Financing Payment means an amount per Security calculated as follows: (1) on the Initial Trade Date, the Financing Payment is equal to zero; (2) on each subsequent calendar day, the Financing Payment equals the product of (i) the Financing Rate divided by 360 times (ii) the Current Principal Amount on the previous calendar day.
