Financing Entities definition
Financing Entities has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Financing Parties.”
Financing Entities means the Persons, if any, or their agent or trustee, providing the Licensee with any or all of its development, construction, operating, term or project financing with respect to the Improvements or the Pipeline or any activity related thereto, whether at the time of execution of this Agreement or during the term of this Agreement;
Financing Entities means each equity, debt and other financing provider and each other Person (including each agent and arranger) that commits to provide or has otherwise entered into joinder agreements or any definitive documentation with Parent or any of its Subsidiaries to provide Financing to Parent, Borrower or the Merger Subs.
Examples of Financing Entities in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, nothing in this Agreement shall impact the rights of Parent, Merger Sub and their respective Affiliates, or the obligations of the Financing Entities, under any debt commitment letter or any Definitive Financing Agreement relating to any Financing consisting of debt financing.
More Definitions of Financing Entities
Financing Entities means each equity, debt and other financing provider and each other Person (including each agent and arranger) that commits to provide or has otherwise entered into agreements with Parent or any of its Subsidiaries to provide Financing to Parent or Merger Sub.
