Financing Documentation definition

Financing Documentation means the agreements, notes, bonds, debentures, indentures, credit agreements or similar instruments evidencing any indebtedness of the Corporation, including, without limitation, documentation governing the terms of the 2024 Indenture, the 2026 Indenture, the 2028 Indenture and the Credit Agreement, together with any amendments, amendments and restatements, replacements, extensions, refinancings or other modifications thereof.
Financing Documentation the Loan Documents and the Senior Secured Notes Debt Documents, in each case including any Interest Rate Protection Agreements related thereto.
Financing Documentation has the meaning given to it in clause 2.3.3;

Examples of Financing Documentation in a sentence

  • All corporate action required to be taken by the Board of Directors and stockholders in order to authorize the Company to enter into the Financing Documentation, and to issue the Shares at the Closing and the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Shares, has been taken or will be taken prior to the Closing.

More Definitions of Financing Documentation

Financing Documentation means (a) the Note Purchase Agreement, (b) the Notes, and (c) each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Credit Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement, in each case, as amended, but excluding the Transaction Documents.
Financing Documentation means the agreements, notes and other documentation governing the terms of the Holdco Debt, as in effect on the Closing Date, together with any amendments, amendments and restatements, replacements, extensions, refinancings or other modifications thereof not prohibited hereunder.
