In addition, each of the Parties shall, to the extent legally permissible, furnish the Financing Banks with information reasonably requested (and in such Party’s possession) by the Financing Banks regarding the financial condition, business, operations and assets of the Company, in order for the Financing Banks to evaluate the Company and the terms of the Debt Financing.
