All calculations provided by the Lessor to the Lessee under this Financial Schedule shall be made in good faith and in reasonably sufficient detail to enable the Lessee to substantiate the same.
All determinations to be made by the Lessor under this Lease and this Financial Schedule shall be made reasonably and in good faith.
The provisions of the Financial Schedule shall survive any termination or expiry of the Lease Period and any breach or repudiation, or alleged breach or repudiation, by the Lessee or the Lessor of this Agreement.
