Finance Fee definition

Finance Fee has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2(a);
Finance Fee means a fee equal to 7.0% of the amount of the Omni Investment, which is to be paid by the Borrower to the Omni Lender and which the Omni Lender may deduct from the drawdown of the principal amount of the Omni Investment by the Borrower.
Finance Fee means a fee equal to 7.0% of the amount of the Initial Investment, which is to be paid by the Borrower to the Lender and which the Lender may deduct from the drawdown of the principal amount of the Initial Investment by the Borrower.
