The Contractor shall notify the Authority, in writing, in the event that there is any adjustment required to the Contract Price in accordance with section 70 of the Finance Act 2021 and, on reasonable notice being provided by the Authority, the Contractor shall provide any such information that the Authority requires in relation to any such adjustment.
