Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.
Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;
Contract Drawings means those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.
Shop Drawings means drawings, submitted to the PHA by the Contractor, subcontractor, or any lower tier subcontractor, showing in detail (1) the proposed fabrication and assembly of structural elements and (2) the installation (i.e., form, fit, and attachment details) of materials of equipment. It includes drawings, diagrams, layouts, schematics, descriptive literature, illustrations, schedules, performance and test data, and similar materials furnished by the Contractor to explain in detail specific portions of the work required by the contract. The PHA may duplicate, use, and disclose in any manner and for any purpose shop drawings delivered under this contract.
Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.
Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.
Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.
As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record
Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.
tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;
Construction Work means any work in connection with
Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
Electrical work Concealed and fire resistant wiring of “ISI” Copper Wire, Distribution board with “MCB”. “ISI” mark modular electrical accessories, Landline phone conduit, Cable TV wiring conduit, Separate line for inverter connection, Air-conditioner power point. Painting : Long Lasting and weather resistant acrylic paint to all external walls, All internal walls with white cement based putty finish with OBD. Plumbing & Sanitation : Sanitary ware for toilets, plumbing fixtures, CPVC/UPVC pipe and fitting(ISI make), SWR drainage system. Kitchen: Granite platform, ceramic tiles dado upto 2’ height, Stainless Steel sink in Kitchen, Aquaguard point, Connection for washing machine in wash area.
Design-build team means an entity that consists of:
Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project Facilities in accordance with this Agreement;
Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.
piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;
Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).
Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.
Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.
Installation Works means, as the context so requires,
Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);
Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.
Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.
Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.
