Final Redemption definition

Final Redemption means, in relation to a Series of ETC Securities, a redemption in accordance with these Conditions of all outstanding ETC Securities of such Series upon the occurrence of the Scheduled Maturity Date for such Series.
Final Redemption means the date of the redemption of all remaining outstanding Preferred Units.
Final Redemption means the redemption of all outstanding Trust Units in consideration of payment of the Unit Redemption Price per Trust Unit;

More Definitions of Final Redemption

Final Redemption. Unless an Extended Due for Payment Date is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms for a Series of Covered Bonds, if that Series of Covered Bonds has not already been redeemed or purchased and cancelled in full in accordance with their terms and conditions, those Covered Bonds will be redeemed at their Final Redemption Amount on the Final Maturity Date for such Covered Bonds, as set out in the applicable Final Terms.
Final Redemption means the date on which all monies and other liabilities for the time being due or owing by the Issuer to the Note Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders have been paid in full; Fitch means Fitch Ratings Ltd. and includes any successor to its rating business;
