  • For each day that completion of the Final Punch List is delayed beyond the thirtieth (30th) day following Acceptance of Substantial Completion, Owner shall be entitled to withhold or recover from Construction Manager liquidated damages in the amount of Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($500.00) per day (“Final Completion Liquidated Damages”).

  • Within five (5) business days of Construction Manager's receipt of the Final Punch List, Owner and Construction Manager shall establish a schedule for the completion of each item and a process for verifying such completion.

  • The Final Punch List shall be completed within thirty (30) days after Substantial Completion of the Project.

  • Owner shall furnish Construction Manager with a Notice stating whether Owner agrees that the Project is Substantially Complete and therefore is Accepted by Owner (and, if not, the reasons why the Project is not Substantially Complete), and irrespective of whether the Project is so Accepted, any additional items that Owner believes should be included in the punch list, which list shall then become the Final Punch List for the Project.
