Final Punch List definition

Final Punch List has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.1.

Final Punch List is the punch list prepared after Substantial Completion and final inspections documenting all Construction Work that needs to be corrected or completed to achieve Final Completion.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS – Any waste, substance, object or material deemed hazardous under applicable law. Final Punch List means the list of items and schedule for completion of the Project required to be completed by the Seller following the Substantial Completion Date, which list shall be issued to the Seller by the Buyer no later than five (5) Business Days after the Substantial Completion Date, all in accordance with Section 20.2 (“Care, Custody and Control; Punch List Items”).
