Final Price Offer definition
Final Price Offer means [per cent of Value of Mineral Despatched], based on which the Successful Bidder was declared successful in the tender process for the Lease Area. The “Value of Mineral Despatched” being an amount equal to the product of,- (i) mineral despatched in a month; and (ii) sale price of the mineral (grade-wise and State- wise) as published by Indian Bureau of Mines for such month of despatch.
Final Price Offer at any point of time shall mean the lowest price that has been submitted during the reverse auction by a Qualified Bidder.
