Final Period definition

Final Period means the period starting at the beginning of the 1 July immediately before commencement and ending immediately before commencement;
Final Period means the period commencing on the Final Facility Effective Date and ending on the Final Maturity Date.
Final Period means the period from and including the Final Facility Effective Date to but excluding the Termination Date.

Examples of Final Period in a sentence

  • At the close of the Final Period, this Schedule will close for all new Applicants.

  • The EPA proposes that the compliance periods in the Final Period will each be 2 calendar years.

  • The Final Period would run from beginning of calendar year 2030 (January 1, 2030) indefinitely into the future.

  • For delays in the Delivery Date of more than 90 days not due to events of force majeure as stated in Section 8, the Customer may in writing demand dispatch within a final reasonable period which shall not be less than 20 days (the "Final Period").

  • The Contract Price for each Statewide Pricing Category will not adjust pursuant to Section 8.4 of this Schedule and will remain the same as in the Final Period.


More Definitions of Final Period

Final Period means the period ending on Termination and commencing on the 1 July prior to Termination.
Final Period means the period starting at the beginning of 1 July last preceding the commencement;
Final Period means the period of time beginning on the first anniversary of the Effective Time and ending on the second anniversary of the Effective Time.
Final Period means the period commencing on the April 1, July 1, October 1 or January 1 next preceding the date of the termination of this Agreement and ending on such last mentioned date.
Final Period has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.2;
Final Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.7(b)(iv).
