Final Disposal definition

Final Disposal means completion of the divestiture of the TMG business in accordance with the Final Undertakings to an Approved Purchaser;
Final Disposal means discharge, deposit, injection, uncontrolled dumping, spilling, leaking, or placing of any solid waste or any constituent thereof that may enter the environment or be emitted into the air or discharged into any waters, including ground waters.
Final Disposal means the complete and ultimate disposal of solid waste.
