Final Development Plan definition

Final Development Plan means that certain Final Development Plan for Xxxxxx Creek Village and Xxxxxx Creek Square, as approved by the Town Council and attached hereto as Exhibit 1, as the same may be amended from time to time, and shall include the Final Development Plan Narrative, the Existing Conditions Plan, Final Land Use Plan, Final Zoning Plan, Final Multi-Modal Plan, Conceptual Grading Plan, Final Open Space and Trails Plan and Roadway Report dated May 28, 2021.
Final Development Plan has the meaning given in Article 11.
Final Development Plan means a plan which has been submitted by an applicant and approved by a local government describing with reasonable certainty the type and intensity of use for a specific parcel or parcels of property. Such plan may be in the form of, but not be limited to, any of the following plans or approvals:

Examples of Final Development Plan in a sentence

  • Preliminary Development Plan approval does not constitute Final Development Plan approval; compliance with the details required by all applicable codes and conditions of the City of Chandler and this Preliminary Development Plan shall apply.

  • Fee Calculations - If the developer proposes Fees In-Lieu as the preferred form of mitigation, the developer shall submit the proposed amount with a Final Development Plan.

  • Acceptance of Restricted Housing Units - Proposed floor plans will be reviewed by the Housing Department at time of Sketch Plan submittal, Final Development Plan submittal and/or other permit submittal.

  • Cases in which non-Kosovo goods may be placed under a suspensive arrangement with a view to non-application of commercial policy measures on exportation may be determined in the Administrative Instruction implementing this Code.

More Definitions of Final Development Plan

Final Development Plan as used herein shall mean and refer to each off those recorded plats or combination of plats, drawings and narrative materials submitted by HRD and approved by the Planning Board of Xxxxxx County (or any successor agency) by means of which land uses and development criteria are designated for specific portions of the Property pursuant to the Xxxxxx County New Town Zoning Ordinance. ARTICLE II THE PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THIS DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT: ANNEXATION OF ADDITIONAL LANDS
Final Development Plan means the Final Development Plan for the Minimum Improvements Area prepared by the Developer and approved by the City pursuant to applicable City regulations and ordinances.
Final Development Plan or “Final Plans” shall mean the final revision(s) to the Preliminary Plan prepared by Sathre Bergquist dated July, 1, 2019 approved by the North Oaks City Council (the "Council") on July 11, 2019, in accordance with its ordinances and the Planned Development Agreement, and shall include any and all exhibits, drawings, schedules, legal descriptions, and other material and documents that are part of the Final Development Plan, as approved by the City.
Final Development Plan. A Final Development Plan or FDP, as more particularly described in City's Planning Code.
Final Development Plan means a plan approved by the local government describing with reasonable certainty the use of property. Such plan may be in the form of, but not limited to, a planned unit development plan; subdivision plat; general development plan; subdivision infrastructure construction plan; final engineered site plan; or any other land-use approval designated utilized. UNLESS otherwise expressly provided by the City of Cleveland, such a plan shall include the boundaries of the site; significant topographical features affecting the development of the site; locations of improvements; building dimensions; and the location of all existing and proposed infrastructure on the
Final Development Plan. That certain set of plans and documents that will be submitted by Developer and approved by the Village pursuant to the Final PD Ordinance.
