Final Claims Date means the date that the Preliminary Approval Order establishes as the date on or before which, to meet the timing requirement for a claim to qualify as a Valid Claim, all Forms must be either: (1) placed in the United States Mail with first-class postage, addressed to the Settlement Administrator, and post marked by the United States Postal Service; or (2) uploaded to the Settlement Website in accordance with the instructions provided on the website.
