Final Claim definition

Final Claim has the meaning in Section 6.4(d)(ii).
Final Claim means the certified Final Claim prepared and submitted by Contractor if Good Faith Negotiations fail to result in settlement of the claim.
Final Claim has the meaning in clause 4.3 of this Agreement. "Final Report" has the meaning in clause 4.3 of this Agreement. "First Payment" has the meaning in clause 4.2 of this Agreement.

Final Claim means the final itemized bill from an institutional provider detailing all the charges for which the institutional provider is seeking payment.
