Final Audit definition
Final Audit the financial and program statement of all funding sources used in the completion of the Project conducted in accordance with A-133 as applicable. Fiscal Year: unless otherwise specified, the State of Ohio fiscal year, July 1 through June 30.
Final Audit is defined in Section 1.8(c).

Examples of Final Audit in a sentence
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate upon the completion and State acceptance of the Final Audit (as defined below in Article 4(C)) unless terminated earlier as provided in Article 1(C) below.
