Final Audit definition

Final Audit the financial and program statement of all funding sources used in the completion of the Project conducted in accordance with A-133 as applicable. Fiscal Year: unless otherwise specified, the State of Ohio fiscal year, July 1 through June 30.
Final Audit shall have the meaning set forth in Article IIIF.5.(b).
