Final Acceptance Test definition

Final Acceptance Test means the tests in accordance with the Contract which Swedavia carries out after the Supplier has completed its Supply Undertaking in accordance with this Contract.
Final Acceptance Test or “FAT” means the final acceptance test carried out under paragraph 2 of Annexure VII.
Final Acceptance Test means the final acceptance tests of the Contracted Equipment conducted by the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator pursuant to the technical specification as stipulated in Appendix 1 hereto and the procedures and standards as set forth in Appendix 6 attached hereto. The Buyer, the End-user and the Seller/System Integrator will execute a certificate of Final Acceptance upon successful completion of the Final Acceptance Test.

  • The new System must undergo a series of System, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Final Acceptance Test (FAT), and Pilot Tests prior to deployment.

  • If during the Foreign Acceptance Test or the Final Acceptance Test the Works shall fail to perform as warranted (i.e. in full conformance with the Technical Specifications detailed in Annex A), Supplier shall immediately investigate the reasons for such failure and take any and all corrective measures in order to fully mitigate the cause of such failure, all at the Supplier's sole expense.

  • State shall perform the Final Acceptance Test in the manner specified in Attachment A.

Final Acceptance Test has the meaning as set forth in Section 6(b).
