Fifth Supplement the "Sixth Supplement," the "Seventh Supplement," the "Eighth
Fifth Supplement means the Fifth Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of May 1, 2004, between the Issuer and the Trustee, as amended or supplemented in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Indenture.
Fifth Supplement means the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March 1, 2010, between the Authority and the Trustee relating to the issuance of the Authority’s Senior Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2010.
