Fifteenth Amendment means that certain Fifteenth Amendment to Credit Agreement and First Amendment to Security Agreement dated as of the Fifteenth Amendment Effective Date by and among the Borrower, Holdings, the Guarantors party thereto and the Lenders party thereto.
