Field Action definition

Field Action means any correction or removal action due to safety, efficacy, quality or regulatory compliance concerns, including actions to recover title to or possession of, or to halt distribution of, Products that previously have been shipped to customers.
Field Action means any action by a Party that meets the criteria of “recall,” “correction,” or “removal” or similar field or customer action as defined by applicable Regulatory Law, including where any event, incident or circumstance has occurred that may result in the need for a recall from the market, market suspension or market withdrawal of the Product by a Party in the Territory.
Field Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

  • Each party shall consult the other before making any statements to the public or a governmental agency relating to such Field Action or potential safety hazards, except where such consultation would prevent timely notification required by Law.

  • It would then transmit its recommendation to the ultimate recall decision-making body, the Executive Field Action Decision Committee ("EFADC").

Field Action means a Recall, Service Campaign, or both.
