Examples of FF&E Work in a sentence

  • The earlier of (i) the date Tenant has occupied any portion of the Premises for the conduct of its business, as opposed to occupying any portion of the Premises for the installation of the FF&E Work, as defined in Section 4 of Exhibit 10.03, or (ii) the Substantial Completion Date (as defined in Section 12.01 of Exhibit 10.03).

  • The Tenant Improvements do not include the FF&E Work (as defined below).

  • Each party shall use reasonable efforts to cause its contractors and/or consultants to cooperate so as to complete the Base Building Work, Finish Work, and FF&E Work in an expeditious manner, provided that nothing herein shall require the Landlord to incur any additional expense or delay in construction of the Landlord Work.

  • No portion of Landlord’s Contribution shall be permitted to be used for the FF&E Work.

  • The Required Repairs constitute FF&E Work and accordingly may be paid for with FF&E Reserve Funds subject to the requirements set forth in Section 3.6.
