FF&E Work definition

FF&E Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.1.
FF&E Work shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Examples of FF&E Work in a sentence

  • The earlier of (i) the date Tenant has occupied any portion of the Premises for the conduct of its business, as opposed to occupying any portion of the Premises for the installation of the FF&E Work, as defined in Section 4 of Exhibit 10.03, or (ii) the Substantial Completion Date (as defined in Section 12.01 of Exhibit 10.03).

  • The Tenant Improvements do not include the FF&E Work (as defined below).

  • Lender may from time to time reassess its estimate of the required monthly amount necessary for the FF&E Work and, upon notice to Borrower, Borrower shall be required to deposit with or on behalf of Lender each month such reassessed amount, which shall be transferred into the FF&E Reserve Account.

  • Each party shall use reasonable efforts to cause its contractors and/or consultants to cooperate so as to complete the Base Building Work, Finish Work, and FF&E Work in an expeditious manner, provided that nothing herein shall require the Landlord to incur any additional expense or delay in construction of the Landlord Work.


More Definitions of FF&E Work

FF&E Work means the replacement of FF&E.
FF&E Work means Approved Capital Expenses and Approved FF&E Expenditures. The insufficiency of FF&E Reserve Funds will not relieve Borrower from its obligation to fulfill all preservation and maintenance covenants in the Loan Documents or in the Franchise Agreement.
FF&E Work means repairs and replacements of FF&E performed in accordance with the Approved Budget, the Property Management Contracts and, at any time that a Marriott Management Period does not exist, this Agreement.

FF&E Work shall refer to the work which Tenant shall be responsible to perform and to pay for at Tenant’s sole cost and expense (it being agreed that the cost of which work shall not be subject to reimbursement from Landlord’s Contribution) to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment for the Demised Premises, including, without limitation, telephones, computers, monitors, data center equipment, networking equipment, movable work stations, office equipment, radios and related equipment, audio visual equipment, and/or any kitchen or related equipment for the RTS Kitchen Use in connection with Tenant’s preparation of the Demised Premises for Tenant’s initial occupancy thereof except that FF&E Work shall not include any RTS Build-out Work.
FF&E Work means replacements to fixtures, furniture, and equipment located at the Property, and any replacement therefor or additions thereto, but not including operating equipment.
