FF&E Costs definition

FF&E Costs means the costs and expenses incurred by Tenant in purchasing any furniture, mutually acceptable equipment or other personalty for the Premises and/or the cost to move and install same in the Premises.
FF&E Costs means, collectively: (a) the costs of: (i) replacement of and/or addition to Soft Goods and Case Goods at the Mortgaged Property; (ii) signage, audio-visual equipment, kitchen appliances, carpeting and all equipment, including front desk and back-of-the-house computer equipment; (iii) maintaining, repairing, replacing existing Equipment in, acquiring new Equipment for, and making improvements to, the water park including without limitation with respect to all Water Amenities; and (b) all similar costs and expenses relating to capital maintenance and improvements as contemplated under the Uniform System of Accounts and the Management and License Agreement; provided that FF&E Costs shall not include costs of or associated with the repair or replacement or upgrade of Fixed Asset Supplies or Software unless included within FF&E or similar capital expenditure requirements under the Management and License Agreement.
FF&E Costs shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 6.3.

Examples of FF&E Costs in a sentence

  • Requests for applying a portion of the Leasehold Improvements Allowance toward reimbursement of FFE Costs shall be submitted in the manner set forth in Paragraph 15(b)(ii) above, with any amounts so paid to Lessee pursuant to said Paragraph 15(b)(ii) in reimbursement of FFE Costs reducing the amount of the remaining Leasehold Improvements Allowance.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Landlord shall not be obligated to disburse any portion of the Allowance towards the cost of the Initial Alterations, FF&E Costs, and/or Cabling Costs during the continuance of an uncured Default under the Lease, and Landlord’s obligation to disburse or apply the Allowance shall only resume when and if such Default is cured.

  • Such allowance shall also be granted for use of personal automobiles on field trips or other business of the District if such use if required.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, Landlord shall have no obligation to make any such disbursement of any such remaining balance of the General Allowance with respect to any FF&E Costs or Moving Costs (i) incurred by Tenant prior to or after the General Allowance Availability Period, and (ii) unless Landlord receives a Reimbursement/Offset Request for such FF&E Costs and/or Moving Costs within the General Allowance Availability Period.

  • Landlord shall reimburse for the FF&E Costs up to the FF&E Allowance within thirty (30) days after receipt of Tenant’s request.


More Definitions of FF&E Costs

FF&E Costs means the acquisition and/or installation within the Premises of Tenant’s telecommunications equipment (including wiring and cabling), and furniture, fixtures, equipment, project management services, interior and/or exterior building signage, and stationery to be used or installed in the Premises.
FF&E Costs mean the actual and direct Third Party Costs of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. For the purpose of determining Minimum Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment Costs, the baseline shall be deemed to include those increases in the CPI which occurred during calendar 2015; thereafter, FF&E Costs shall be adjusted annually on January 1 of each year to reflect changes in the CPI, commencing January 1, 2016 (or, if later, that January 1 which first occurs following the increases in the CPI which occurred during calendar 2015).

In no event shall Landlord have any obligation to apply any portion of the Allowance against Tenant’s Moving Costs, FF&E Costs or the Rent after June 30, 2017 (the “Unused Allowance Deadline”), it being agreed that Tenant shall not be entitled to any credit, offset, abatement or payment with respect thereto after the Unused Allowance Deadline.
FF&E Costs means, with respect to any Construction Project, the costs of acquisition and delivery of furniture, fixtures and equipment to be installed and/or used in the building and the other improvements being constructed at such Construction Project. "FF&E Costs" shall not include any Construction Costs. Fair Market Value -- at any time with respect to any Property means the sale value of such Property that would be realized in an arm's-length sale at such time between an informed and willing buyer, and an informed and willing seller, under no compulsion to buy or sell, respectively. Final Construction Cost Advance -- means, as the context may require, any one or more of the following: the Steamboat Final Construction Cost Advance, the Canyons Final Construction Cost Advance, the *Sugarbush Final Construction Cost Advance and/or the *Sugarloaf Final Construction Cost Advance.
FF&E Costs means the costs and expenses incurred by Tenant in purchasing any furniture, equipment or other personalty for the Premises, and (iii) Tenant’s “Cabling Costs” shall mean the costs and expenses incurred by Tenant for the cost of the purchase and installation of telephone, computer and data cabling in the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to require Tenant to remove all or any portion of such cabling, at Tenant’s cost, upon expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, and the terms and provisions of Section 8 of the Lease shall be applicable with respect to such cabling.
FF&E Costs means Tenant’s cost of furniture, fixtures and equipment Tenant installs in the Premises. Tenant shall have the right to use up to $120,005 of the Improvement Allowance for reimbursement to Tenant of Tenant’s FF&E Costs.
