FF&E definition

FF&E means all tangible personal property and fixtures of any kind (other than personal property (i) owned by guests of the Hotel or (ii) leased by Seller pursuant to an FF&E Lease) attached to, or located upon and used in connection with the ownership, maintenance, use or operation of the Land or Improvements as of the date hereof (or acquired by Seller and so employed prior to Closing), including, but not limited to, all furniture, fixtures, equipment, signs and related personal property; all heating, lighting, plumbing, drainage, electrical, air conditioning, and other mechanical fixtures and equipment and systems; all elevators, and related motors and electrical equipment and systems; all hot water heaters, furnaces, heating controls, motors and equipment, all shelving and partitions, all ventilating equipment, and all disposal equipment; all spa, health club and fitness equipment; all equipment used in connection with the use and/or maintenance of the guestrooms, restaurants, lounges, business centers, meeting rooms, swimming pools, indoor and/or outdoor sports facilities and other common areas and recreational areas; all carpet, drapes, beds, furniture, televisions and other furnishings; all stoves, ovens, freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, kitchen equipment and utensils, tables, chairs, plates and other dishes, glasses, silverware, serving pieces and other restaurant and bar equipment, apparatus and utensils. A current list of FF&E is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
FF&E means furniture, fixtures and equipment.
FF&E means furniture, furnishings, fixtures, soft goods, case goods, signage, audio-visual equipment, kitchen appliances, vehicles, carpeting and equipment, including front desk and back-of-the-house computer equipment, but shall not include Fixed Asset Supplies or Software.

FF&E means furniture, fixtures and equipment to furnish the Property.
FF&E means, with respect to any Property, all appliances, machinery, devices, fixtures, appurtenances, equipment, furniture, furnishings and articles of tangible personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever (other than motor vehicles) owned by any of the Sellers and located in or at, or used in connection with the ownership, operation or maintenance of such Property.
FF&E means furnishings, fixtures and equipment of all kind used in connection with the Healthcare Facility including additions, substitutions and replacements thereto.
FF&E means furniture, fixtures or equipment used in the ordinary course of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
FF&E means all furniture, fixtures, equipment, appurtenances and personal property now or in the future contained in, used in connection with, attached to, or otherwise useful or convenient to the use, operation, or occupancy of, or placed on, but unattached to, any part of the Site or Improvements whether or not the same constitutes real property or fixtures in the State of Nevada, including all removable window and floor coverings, all furniture and furnishings, heating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigerating, incinerating and elevator and escalator plants, cooking facilities, vacuum cleaning systems, public address and communications systems, sprinkler systems and other fire prevention and extinguishing apparatus and materials, motors, machinery, pipes, appliances, equipment, fittings, fixtures, and building materials, all gaming and financial equipment, computer equipment, calculators, adding machines, gaming tables, video game and slot machines, and any other electronic equipment of every nature used or located on any part of the Site or Improvements, together with all Venetian blinds, shades, draperies, drapery and curtain rods, brackets, bulbs, cleaning apparatus, mirrors, lamps, ornaments, cooling apparatus and equipment, ranges and ovens, garbage disposals, dishwashers, mantels, and any and all such property which is at any time installed in, affixed to or placed upon the Site or Improvements.
FF&E has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.3.
FF&E means all fixtures, furnishings, equipment, furniture, and other items of tangible personal property now or hereafter located on any Hotel Property or used in connection with the use, occupancy, operation and maintenance of all or any part of any Hotel Property, other than stocks of food, beverages and other supplies held for consumption in normal operation.
