FER definition

FER means Fonds d’Entretien Routier, the Recipient’s Road Maintenance Fund; and
FER means the Non-Commercial Foundation for Enterprise Restructuring and Financial Institutions Development, a legal entity organized and established pursuant to the Law of the Russian Federation of January 12, 1996, on Non-Commercial Organizations, and operating on the basis of its Charter dated July 5, 1996, as amended on June 2, 1997, and registered with the Borrower’s Ministry of Justice on July 27, 1997, and having a Board of Supervisors whose members include, among others, the MOF and MOE; and such term shall include any successor or successors thereto;
FER means Ford Electronics and Refrigeration LLC, but for periods prior to February 1, 1999 shall mean Ford Electronics and Refrigeration Corporation.

FER means Fonds d’Entretien Routier, the Recipient’s road maintenance fund established by Law of the Recipient dated December 18, 2002 and a Participating Agency under this Agreement.
