FEIR definition

FEIR shall have the meaning set forth in Recital F.

FEIR. The Final Environmental Impact Report (and related materials) for the
FEIR means the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Project, ENV- 2009-271-EIR, State Clearinghouse No. 2009011101, certified by the City in accordance with the requirements of CEQA.
FEIR means the Final Environmental Impact Report for the CCCLUO certified by the County on May 8, 2018 under Resolution No. 18-40 for the amendments to the zoning regulations, known as the CCCLUO, prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), which includes mitigation and implementation measures and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan to mitigate or avoid significant effects on the environment.
FEIR shall have that meaning set forth in Recital D of this Agreement. “Funding Mechanisms” shall have that meaning set forth in Section 3.09 of this Agreement.
FEIR means the Final Environmental Impact Report certified in connection with the approval of the Master Plan (as hereinafter defined).
