Fees Regulations definition
Fees Regulations means the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
Fees Regulations means the FSA Supervision Manual or such other law or regulation as may be in force from time to time in respect of the payment of fees for the acceptance of deposits;

More Definitions of Fees Regulations
Fees Regulations means, as appropriate, either:
Fees Regulations means the Banking Supervision (Fees) Regulations 2001 or the applicable substitute regulations made under the Bank of England Act as are in force on the date of application of the formula; and
Fees Regulations means the Banking Supervision (Fees) Regulations 2001 or such other law or regulation as may be in force from time to time in respect of the payment of fees for banking supervision;
