Fee Period definition

Fee Period means a period commencing on (and including) a Remittance Date and ending on (and including) the day prior to the next Remittance Date; provided, that, the initial Fee Period hereunder shall commence on (and include) the date hereof and end on (and include) December 22, 2006.
Fee Period has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.03(a)(i) of the Servicing Agreement.
Fee Period means the period from, and including, each Fee Payment Date or the Issue Date in respect of the first Fee Period to but excluding, the next Fee Payment Date provided that the last Fee Period will expire on (but exclude) the Redemption Date.

Examples of Fee Period in a sentence

  • The facility fee shall be payable in arrears on each January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 during the Facility Fee Period.

  • The Escrow Agent shall provide the Selling Agent written notice of at least 10 Business Days prior to beginning of any new Fee Period that any Annual Fee is due in accordance with the terms of this Section 7.

  • The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges the receipt of the initial Annual Fee as of the date hereof for the Initial Fee Period.

  • The Tranche B Initial Term Loan Commitment Fee shall be due and payable on the last day of each March, June, September and December during the Tranche B Initial Term Loan Ticking Fee Period and on the last day of the Tranche B Initial Term Loan Ticking Fee Period.


More Definitions of Fee Period

Fee Period means each consecutive twelve month period during the term of this Agreement with the first such period beginning from the date of this Agreement.
