Fee Parcels definition

Fee Parcels has the meaning set forth in Recital A of the Preliminary Statement to the Participation Agreement.
Fee Parcels means the premises described by metes and bounds in Schedule A-2 annexed hereto and made part hereof.
Fee Parcels means the fee simple real property listed in Exhibit D and all fixtures and appurtenant interests belonging or appertaining thereto.
