Fee Land definition

Fee Land means all land, other than Trust Land, the fee title to which is held by the Band or any entity wholly owned by the Band, including the portion of all waters located therein or adjacent thereto.
Fee Land means land held in fee status by the Nation.1
Fee Land means, collectively, the Pipeline Fee Land and the Terminal Fee Land.

More Definitions of Fee Land

Fee Land shall have the meaning specified in Subsection 5.10.1(a) -------- hereof.
Fee Land means a Land parcel owned by a Fee Seller, together with such Fee Seller’s Additional Interests appurtenant to such Land parcel.
Fee Land means lands held by the Navajo Nation in fee title.
Fee Land means those lands within the exterior boundary of the Crow Reservation not held in trust or subject to restrictions or alienation and which is in private ownership.
