FDCPA definition

FDCPA means the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq., and any regulations or rulings promulgated under it.
FDCPA means Subchapter D of the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 3301-3308, as hereinafter amended.
