FCP in Section 3(a) of this Exhibit D. Each monthly Firm Capacity Payment is calculated as follows: FIRM CAPACITY PAYMENT in dollars = MFCP x AF Where: MFCP = Maximum Firm Capacity Payment for the ▇▇▇ Period, as determined in accordance with Section 3(h) of this Exhibit D, in dollars.
