FCC Application definition

FCC Application means the application or applications that Seller and Buyer must file with the FCC requesting its consent to the assignment of the Station Licenses.
FCC Application has the meaning specified in Section 9.1(a).
FCC Application means the application to be filed with the FCC, if such application is required to be filed under the Communications Act, in connection with the exercise of the Call Right by the Investor requesting that the FCC consent to the Transfer of the Call Shares pursuant to this Agreement.

FCC Application means and include any application or other request to the Federal Communications Commission for a license, certificate, waiver, special temporary authorization, or any other instrument of authorization issued by the FCC pursuant to Title I and/or Title II of the Communications Act of 1934.
