FBMC definition

FBMC means one hundred percent (100%) of a Commercializing Party’s manufacturing cost (as defined in the Commercializing Party’s accounting policies consistently applied), which shall comprise the sum of:

FBMC means one hundred percent (100%) of MacroGenics’ actual manufacturing cost of goods produced, as determined for each stage of the manufacturing process, in accordance with GAAP, including product quality assurance/control costs, failed lots, plus applicable Allocable Overhead. FBMC means Inovio’s fully burdened manufacturing cost for Product and/or Delivery Devices as such are calculated on a consistent basis by Inovio in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.
