Faults. If Arrow determines in its reasonable opinion that a defect, fault or impairment to the Services results directly or indirectly from: (i) the negligence, act, omission, or default of the Customer; (ii) the Customer's breach of this Agreement;
Faults mean that the Service is not available. The Supplier shall subsequently classify the fault in accordance with the levels specified under Section 2 above. In the event that the parties disagree regarding the classification of the fault level, the Supplier’s view shall take precedence.
Faults means but shall not be limited to, any fault, error or omission in the Services caused by design defect, faulty materials, bad workmanship or other reason or a failure to meet any agreed specification.

Faults. If Arrow determines in its reasonable opinion that a defect, fault or impairment to the Services results directly or indirectly from: (i) the negligence, act, omission, or default of the Customer; (ii) the Customer's breach of this Agreement; (iii) the operation, failure or malfunction of any network, equipment or software owned or controlled by the Customer other than equipment provided by Arrow and used in accordance with its instructions; or (iv) any third party action in response to an act or omission of the Customer or any person given access to the Services by the Customer, then Arrow may recover in arrears or advance from the Customer all reasonable costs incurred or to be incurred by it or on its behalf in connection with the remedy of such defect, fault or impairment.
Faults means any faults in relation to the Services.
Faults means errors, faults, or failures in the Hosted Software and / or Device Software;
Faults means that the Customer is unable to use the Service in accordance with the Agreement. Incidents, which do not prevent the Customer from using the Service, or that are only of minor significance for the Customer are not classified as a Fault for the purposes of the Agreement.
