Fast Track Process definition

Fast Track Process means the procedure for evaluating an Interconnection Request for a certified Small Generating Facility no larger than 2 MW that includes the SGIP Section 2 screens, customer options meeting, and optional supplemental review.
Fast Track Process means the fast track insolvency resolution process for corporate persons under Chapter IV of Part II of the Code;
Fast Track Process means the procedure for evaluating an Interconnection Request for a certified Small Generating Facility no larger than 5 MW that is described in GIP Section 5 and this GIP BPM Section 6.3.

Examples of Fast Track Process in a sentence

  • Following satisfaction of these conditions (a) through (e) and (g), an Interconnection Customer in Queue Cluster 6 or a later Queue Cluster, or an Interconnection Customer in the Independent Study Process or the Fast Track Process that has not been tendered a Generator Interconnection Agreement before December 19, 2014, shall be entitled to receive a repayment of its financed cost responsibility for the Network Upgrades associated with the completed phase that have been placed in service.

  • An Interconnection Customer with a non-Phased Generating Facility in Queue Cluster 5 or earlier, or an Interconnection Customer in the Independent Study Process or the Fast Track Process that has been tendered a Generator Interconnection Agreement before December 19, 2014, shall be entitled to a repayment for the Interconnection Customer’s contribution to the cost of Network Upgrades commencing upon the Commercial Operation Date of its Generating Facility.

  • The applicable fee is specified in the Interconnection Request Application Form and applies to a certified inverter-based Generating Facility no larger than 20 kW reviewed under Section 2 and to any certified Generating Facility no larger than the capacity specified in Section 3.1 to be evaluated under the Section 3 Fast Track Process.

  • Certified inverter-based Generating Facilities located within 2.5 electrical circuit miles of a substation and on a mainline (as defined in the table below) are eligible for the Fast Track Process under the higher thresholds set forth in the table below.

  • The Study Process shall be used by an Interconnection Customer proposing to interconnect its Generating Facility with the Utility's System if the Generating Facility exceeds the size limits for the Section 3 Fast Track Process, is not certified, or is certified but did not pass the Fast Track Process or the 20 kW Inverter Process.


More Definitions of Fast Track Process

Fast Track Process means an expedited process by which an eligible person applies for cost-share to transport manure under certain conditions including, but not limited to, the following:
Fast Track Process means the dispute resolution process applicable to any Claims for which the total value of all losses is $2500 or less, no matter how many units of cargo are involved.
