Farm(s) definition
Farm(s) or “Farming” means an area of land and buildings for the growing of crops and/or raising of animals.

Farm(s) means the immovable property or properties as described in Annexure ‘A’ attached hereto, which are owned by the Offeree, being Lowlands Beef CC and includes the centre-pivot irrigation systems situated on such Farms, if any;
Farm(s) means those who are actively involved and invested in the planting, growing, raising, harvesting, and cultivation of agricultural and livestock products. The farmer category includes agricultural, livestock, dairy, and honey producers. This group may also include farmers who sell value-added products made from the majority of their own farms’ products. A Farm may also consist of a group of member’s cooperativity producing farm products under one name. These products are fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, meat, dairy products, herbs, nursery products, honey, nuts, and foraged products.
Farm(s) means agricultural holdings with or without livestock rearing;
Farm(s) means the Persons specified in the preamble to the Loan Agreement, and any and all successors and assigns of their interests under the Loan Agreement.
