Farmor shall, thereupon, grant an extension to the commencement date which shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
The Contract, the Security, relevant Permits, together with applicable Laws/Regulations, contain the entirety of the obligation of the Farmor to the Government, and no other understanding or agreement exists between the Farmor and the Government in relation to the subject matter of the Contract except as otherwise disclosed under this Agreement.
