Family Representative definition

Family Representative. A person who has a meaningful connection with Participant and is seen by Participant as significant and supportive. A family representative may include, but not limited to, family member(s), relative(s), neighbor(s), or others who are involved with and important to Participant, such as a football coach or schoolteacher.

Family Representative means the person authorised by the family under section 15;
