A failure on the part of the Customer to comply with the Fair Usage Policy may result in additional charges being levied by the Supplier as referred to in the Fair Usage Policy.
To ensure all customers receive fair and equitable services at all times, a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) may be in place in accordance with the business practices of the telecommunications service provider (the local in-country wireless network carrier or operator in the roaming region).
