You are aware that the Services and equipment, including, without limitation, any business continuity or Failover Services or equipment, are not designed or intended for use in situations requiring fail-safe performance or in which an error or interruption in the Services or equipment could lead to death or severe injury to business, persons, or environment.

A full Failover to the Secondary Site and DR Test shall be satisfactorily conducted prior to go-live.
In the event of a Disaster requiring the Failover of the Products or Services or Services from the Primary Site to the Secondary Site, Company will rebuild the Primary Site within ninety (90) days of the Disaster event.
