FADP definition

FADP means the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
FADP means the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection of June 19, 1992, SR 235.1, and any other applicable data protection or privacy laws of the Swiss Confederation as amended, revised, consolidated, re-enacted or replaced from time to time, to the extent applicable to the processing of Personal Data under this Agreement.

  • To the extent the Processing of Personal Data under this DPA involves a Restricted Transfer (either directly or via onward transfer) by the Processor or its Sub-processors (including the Processor’s Affiliates), any such transfer shall only be made subject to the Standard Contractual Clauses or an alternative recognized compliance mechanism for Restricted Transfers as set out in Article 46 of the GDPR or Article 16 of the FADP, as applicable.
