Faculty Representative. The term "Faculty Representative," as used in this Agreement, means the Association Faculty Representative.
Faculty Representative means a Director elected to represent a specific Faculty, in accordance with these By-Laws;

Faculty Representative. The term “Faculty Representative,” as used in this Agreement, means the Association Representative.
