Facility Rating definition

Facility Rating means the output potential the Facility can produce under specified conditions, which is generally expressed in kW-AC or MW-AC.
Facility Rating means, as of any date, the credit rating provided by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, S&P or Fitch, as applicable, for the Facility provided hereunder.
Facility Rating means the facility rating assigned by National Rural to an Eligible Security from time to time in accordance with National Rural's internal risk rating system.

  • Distribution, as the average ratio of the most recent three full calendar years for which financial information is available, is greater than or equal to 1.35; (3) Equity to Total Assets Ratio, as the average ratio of the most recent three full calendar years for which financial information is available, is greater than or equal to 20%; and (4) the Eligible Security has a Facility Rating by National Rural of “4.9” or lower.

  • The Borrower shall not enter into any interest rate cap unless the Rating Agency shall have confirmed in writing to the Borrower and the Facility Agent that entering into such transaction will not result in the reduction of its rating of the Rated Facility to below the Required Facility Rating or in a withdrawal of its rating of the Rated Facility.
