Facility Providers definition
Facility Providers means various banks, financial institutions and various software providers who are in the business of providing information technology services, including but not limited to, internet based electronic commerce, internet payment gateway and electronic software distribution services and who have an arrangement with SabPaisa to enable use of internet payment gateways developed by them to route internet based credit/charge/ debit card transactions.
Facility Providers meanss banks, financial institutions, NPCI, technology service providers, or other third parties facilitating the provisions of Services or any part thereof, including but not limited to (a) acquiring banks, (b) banks issuing credit cards, debit cards, prepaid instruments and accounts, and (c) card payment networks.
Facility Providers means various Acquiring Banks, Financial Institutes, Card Schemes, Issuing Bank / Institutions, Payment Instrument Provider, software providers, as well as third party service providers that participate in Authorization / Authentication
Examples of Facility Providers in a sentence
Razorpay shall have the right to share the KYC Documents (or the information therein) and other related documents with the Facility Providers or governmental authorities or law enforcement agencies, as required under the Applicable Laws.

Facility Providers means banks and non-banking financial institutions, payment aggregators, card issuers and any other service providers/third parties with whom SIB has an arrangement for providing payment related services, including in respect of processing transactions with/through them.

Facility Providers means any Payment Instrument Issuer and/or Payment Instrument acquiring institution including and not limited to Acquiring Bank , Payment Aggregators, Non-banking financial institutions, payment aggregators and card issuers with whom Worldline has an arrangement for providing payment related services, including in respect of processing transactions with/through them.
Facility Providers means and connote various Banks, Financial Institutions and various software providers who have signed with APPNIT from time to time and are in the business of providing information technology services including but not limited to Internet based electronic commerce, Internet payment gateway and electronic software distribution services. These facility providers allows APPNIT to use the Payment Gateways developed by them to route credit/charge/ debit card transaction entered into on the Internet to third party clearing houses/ Acquiring Banks.
Facility Providers means various banks, financial institutions and various software services providers who are in the business of providing information technology services, including but not limited to, internet based electronic commerce, internet payment gateway and electronic software distribution services, who have an arrangement with PSP to facilitate use of internet Payment Gateways to route internet based Transactions.
Facility Providers means and connote various Banks, Financial Institutions and various software providers who have signed with One97 from time to time and are in the business of providing information technology services including but not limited to Internet based electronic commerce, Internet payment gateway and electronic software distribution services. These Facility Providers allows One97 to use the Payment Gateways developed by them to route credit card, debit card, internet banking, prepaid cash card, Paytm Postpaid or mobile wallet transactions etc. entered into on the Internet/Mobile channels to third party clearing houses/ Issuing Banks (with respect to Paytm Wallet, Paytm Voucher and Paytm Cash, such Facility Providers shall include One97).
Facility Providers means and connote various Banks, Financial Institutions (“Participating Banks”) and various software providers who have signed with One97 from time to time and are in the business of providing information technology services including but not limited to Internet based electronic commerce, Internet payment gateway and electronic software distribution services. These Facility Providers allows One97 to use the Payment Gateways developed by them to route credit card, debit card, internet banking, prepaid cash card or mobile wallet transactions entered into on the Internet/Mobile channels to third party clearing houses/ Issuing Banks (with respect to Paytm Wallet, such Facility Providers shall include One97).
