Facility Note definition

Facility Note means a promissory note of Borrower issued to each Lender evidencing the Loans made by such Lender to Borrower.

Facility Note means a promissory note substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A.

Facility Note means, collectively, any promissory note evidencing all or part of the Indebtedness from time to time (as any such note may be amended, modified or restated from time to time), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Facility Note

Facility Note means the DMBS Discount Multifamily Note in the principal amount of $11,720,000 delivered by Borrower to Lender pursuant to the Credit Agreement.
